fantastic stay!
friendly staff convenient location essential amenities
the staff was amazing! they were very friendly and quick at check-in. the room included a hairdryer , towels , and a tv. the location worked very well , as the hotel is near bayswater and queensway station.
the room was a little small.

transport links outside seating drinks station
The location provided easy access to transport links. an outside seating area was a nice touch, a welcome amenity. i also found the fan inside the room quite useful. A hairdryer and drinks station completed the essentials. there were clean towels.
i noticed parts of the place looked old. the outside of my bedroom window revealed some grime. it's nothing major, but it could definitely use some attention.

while breakfast wasn't available, the presence of nearby supermarkets and a metro station at just a ten-minute walk was a plus, this allowed easy access to various food options.

The reception staff presented a friendly and accommodating attitude. fresh towels were provided daily, a service i certainly appreciated. It enhanced the overall experience of my stay.

The hotel is near Paddington Station. It is also near Bayswater Station and bus routes. Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are very close by. The location made accessing transportation easy.
The staff were not always engaging.

kind staff easy process privileged location
Borma at reception offered such kindness during my check in. the process was streamlined. i would consider returning. the hotel's location impressed me. It's conveniently close to bayswater and queensway station.
the outside area near the bedroom window looked somewhat unclean.

surprisingly good value
great location friendly staff
the location was certainly great with plenty of transport options nearby i also appreciated the quick check in the hotel was easy to find it was a relief after a long journey clear instructions were very helpful too the staff was friendly at check in and check out , made the process smooth. the room included a fan hairdryer and a drinks station which i found useful
i noticed some wear in the room decor it was a basement room i found a stained mattress on one of the beds i only had one pillow per bed with no spares the room definitely needed a bit of refreshing

The beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. i found the location quite convenient with a short walk to the tube station. This made exploring the city easy. the room included towels and toiletries. This was a nice touch! the availability of tea and coffee in the room added to the convenience.
the shower pressure on the upper floors was a bit weak.

fantastic find near paddington!
superb location convenient station great value
i stayed for a few nights, and the location is superb! it is very close to paddington and the main line station, what a lifesaver (easy access to everything!). the room was also good, my kids especially loved the bed arrangement. i felt it was overall great value.
The room could be cleaner. I noticed dust in certain areas. i think it needs better soundproofing. It was very loud at times, especially from outside noise.

The hotel has baggage storage. This is manned 24/7, very reassuring. the staff were friendly, this made a big difference. i got table fans to use because it was the peak of summer.
