The location provided easy access to transport links. an outside seating area was a nice touch, a welcome amenity. i also found the fan inside the room quite useful. A hairdryer and drinks station completed the essentials. there were clean towels.
i noticed parts of the place looked old. the outside of my bedroom window revealed some grime. it's nothing major, but it could definitely use some attention.

Borma at reception offered such kindness during my check in. the process was streamlined. i would consider returning. the hotel's location impressed me. It's conveniently close to bayswater and queensway station.

the location was certainly great with plenty of transport options nearby i also appreciated the quick check in the hotel was easy to find it was a relief after a long journey clear instructions were very helpful too the staff was friendly at check in and check out , made the process smooth. the room included a fan hairdryer and a drinks station which i found useful
i noticed some wear in the room decor it was a basement room i found a stained mattress on one of the beds i only had one pillow per bed with no spares the room definitely needed a bit of refreshing

i stayed for a few nights, and the location is superb! it is very close to paddington and the main line station, what a lifesaver (easy access to everything!). the room was also good, my kids especially loved the bed arrangement. i felt it was overall great value.
The room could be cleaner. I noticed dust in certain areas. i think it needs better soundproofing. It was very loud at times, especially from outside noise.
